I can see why, though -- I really love the cardigans. My husband turned me onto Kohl's last year (I'd never been there before). I may have to make a special trip for some of these. I scored a similar white one on sale at Target recently (sans the ruffles) and I wear it all the time. I need more color in my wardrobe, though!

p.s. It's been crazy windy here, too.
I love Kohls because they seem to have a lot of "designer" brands (like Levis, Ralph Lauren, etc. ... stuff you'd find at Macy's) for a lot less than you'd see at a department store.
